Meditation is an effortlessness effort to relax in the moment with thoughtlessness awareness. It is just focus on the awareness of breath. It does not matter how many times you disconnect with breath, but keep coming back on the breath is my practice. A moment comes when the breath will seem to have disappeared, another moment comes when the body seems to have disappeared and thoughts have also disappeared as well. What will remain when everything has disappeared? That which remains is meditation. "Only consciousness awareness remains” Let the thoughts come in & go out because it is not your thoughts, just observe them as it is.

It is just observation & witnessing of the thoughts. You have to see the thoughts as they really are, but never label or judge any of them whether it is positive or negative, because judgement or labelling leads to conditioning & identification. As you watch, slowly mind becomes empty of thoughts & there is a hollowness or emptiness created inside you, result into nothingness. You get connected with universe & become alert, aware & conscious, end up producing high vibration energy. There is a vacuum formation takes place, in which old energy moves out & fresh energy moves in, that is also called meditation.

Breathing meditation- We need to clear our mind from distraction & focus on the breath. We have to sit in a comfortable position with eyes closed. Breath is the key point in meditation. Breath is naturally through nostril without attempting forcible breathing; we have to aware of the sensation of breath by entering & leaving at the nostril. This sensation is the object of meditation. We have to focus on them to exclusion of everything else.

At first, our mind will be very busy, and we feel that meditation making our mind busier, but in reality we are just becoming more aware of how busy our mind actually is. There will be a great temptation to follow the different thoughts as they arise, but we should resist this and remain focused single-pointedly on the sensation of the breath. Never go beyond your thought. When we come on breath, the density of thought reduces. If we discover that our mind has wandered and is following our thoughts, we should immediately return it to the breath. We should repeat this as many times as necessary until the mind settles on the breath.

If we practice patiently in this way, gradually our distracting thoughts will subside and we shall experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. We feel refreshed & spacious.

Meditation is a state of equilibrium & balance- One moment is happiness and another moment is unhappiness. The meditators become unidentified in both of them. When happiness comes, he knows that unhappiness is also coming, so he never gets excited. When unhappiness comes, he is not disturbed at all, because he knows that happiness will be coming from around the corner. He is neither excited by happiness nor disturbed by unhappiness. He remains the same, in a deep equilibrium. Day comes and goes, night comes and goes. He remains a witness, unconcerned & cool.

Whatever you do with awareness, is meditation.
If you clean your houses with awareness or work in an office or prepare food with awareness, is also meditation. If you light a candle and remove all the objects surrounding it, the candle will still go on giving light. In the same way, if you remove all objects from your consciousness, may be all thoughts or desires or dreams or imagination, what will happen? – Only consciousness awareness will remain. That pure state of consciousness is meditation.

Live in a moment with thoughtlessness awareness- For a deep meditators, all thoughts are simply useless; there is no question of good or bad. They all occupy the space within you, as long as they are, your inner being cannot become absolutely silent. So good thoughts are as bad as bad thoughts, never look at differently. Meditation needs absolute quiet, a silence so deep that nothing stirs within you. You have to go beyond the mind into a space where no thought has ever entered, where no dream comes, where you simply are just a no body, which is meditation.

Just for an example while dancing, forget the dancer & become the dance. Dance so deeply that you forget completely that ‘you’ are dancing and begin to feel that you are the dance. Just be playful with no division inside. Don’t stand aside, don’t be an observer but participate in dancing.

Meditation takes you inside from outside because it is a deep awareness & absorb within. When you go inside, there is a space created which help you to connect similar thought, so like attracts like or we can call it law of attraction. When it happens, thoughts become things, it means whatever we think that manifests in our life.

The real taste of meditation is always in chaos, turmoil & noises. Can you practice it by silencing your mind & focus on breathe? It is just like enjoying a traffic noises on the street, forget about the thought of noises but just witness of it, by focus on the sensation of awareness of breath as an observer or watcher.

Walk meditatively, eat meditatively, sit meditatively, and sleep meditatively
. Meditation is the way of our life & the more you meditate, the more you say, “Let the ego die.” The more you meditate, the more you become aware that a certain death is taken place, but it is not your death - “I am going to die.” You are not going to die; only the ‘I’, the ego, the personality or individuality or identification is going to die.
